As i see it, Now you have got options. Either goto your local service center that will be round the corner of your area or go to an authorised service center. Both have pros & cons:
- Pros for Local service center:
- Local service centers will be cheaper
- They may also provide you with discounts if you have any contacts
- Cons for Local service center:
- No guarantee
- May add duplicate spare
- No service record maintained. so if you a week later with the same issue, you will be treated as a new customer
I Would strongly recommend you to go to an authorised center, as i have faced many issues with duplicate spares.
In Chennai, there are a few good places to look at for Oneplus

Conclusion:
I prefered going to Phixman earlier but since they started franchising out they lost on quality. So now i prefer Firstcall – They do claim that they are the Biggest Gadget service center in Chennai. With 8 branches, i think they are.
